Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns only for factory errors (wrong size as ordered, incorrect print, or sewing defects). While we don’t offer refunds, eligible returns can be:
- Exchanged for the correct item
- Processed as store credit
If a sizing issue arises because of measurements you provided, you’ll cover delivery and alteration fees. Otherwise, if the error is on our end, we cover all associated costs.
What dresses are available?
Every design shown (except fully discontinued styles) is available to order. If your chosen print is sold out, you’ll be offered alternate prints to choose from.
How do I know my size?
- Check our size chart.
- Match fresh measurements exactly—don’t size up or down.
- You may also leave measurements in the “Notes” box at checkout.
When will you restock sold‑out prints?
Once a print sells out, it's unlikely to return. Grab limited‑edition prints while they last!

All delivery timelines below include the processing period.
Production & Availability
- Made‑to‑order: 7 working days (excluding weekends)
- Express: 2–3 working days for ₦5,000 per item
Regular Shipping
- Lagos: 7 working days
- Other states: 10 working days
- International: 15–20 working days
Express Shipping
- ₦5,000 per item (extra)
- Lagos: 3 working days
- Other states: 5 working days
- International: 10 working days
