SIZE GUIDE
Please confirm your size using our size chart before placing an order. Some styles may run small or large, so always check the product caption or DM us if unsure. You may also request fabric details to help determine the best fit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- If the issue is from Morafit (factory fault or wrong size sent):
- Return is free
- We’ll cover both the pickup fee and the redelivery fee
- If the issue is from the client (e.g. wrong size ordered):
- Return is accepted, but client covers:
- Pickup fee (to collect the item)
- Redelivery fee (to send out the correct size)
- Note: these are billed separately by the courier
Key Conditions:
- Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and with tags intact
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Items failing our quality check will be declined
- Exchanges are only allowed for the same design, not different styles, and are subject to availability
- Final Sale Items:
- Light-colored items
- Sports bras
- Discounted/sale items
NO REFUNDS
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 3 months and redeemable on future purchases.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
- Lagos: 1–2 working days
- Same-Day Delivery (Lagos only): Available at extra cost
- Outside Lagos: 3–5 working days
- International Orders: 5–8 working days
You’ll receive tracking and shipping updates once your order is dispatched.
PICKUP OPTION (Lagos Only)
- Available Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM
- Orders will be ready for pickup 1 hour after payment confirmation
- Pickup location will be shared via DM/email after checkout
