Shipping Fees

All delivery timelines below include the processing period Production & Availability

  • Made‑to‑order: Standard processing is 7 working days (excluding weekends).
  • Express processing: 2–3 working days for an extra ₦5,000 per item (this fee is separate from your dress price and delivery cost).

Regular Shipping

  • Lagos: Delivery within 7 working days
  • Other states (within Nigeria): Delivery within 10 working days
  • International: Delivery within 15–20 working days

    Fast‑track your order when you can’t wait the standard timeline:

  • Express Charge: ₦5,000 per item (separate from both dress price and delivery fee)
  • Lagos: Delivery within 3 working days
  • Other states (within Nigeria): Delivery within 5 working days
  • International: Delivery within 10 working days

    • Domestic Delivery – Outside Lagos

    Doorstep delivery is available in select locations outside Lagos, but not all areas are serviceable by our default logistics partners..

    Please Note: – If you select doorstep delivery and your location is not covered, we’ll notify you and refund the extra charge. – Your package will then be delivered to the nearest pickup terminal, where you can collect it at your convenience.

    Need doorstep delivery guaranteed? We can attempt delivery via DHL upon request. Please note that this will incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before dispatch. We recommend confirming doorstep availability for your area via WhatsApp or email before placing time-sensitive orders.

    International Shipping Weight Policy

    Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order. In most cases, charges are based on actual weight, but volumetric weight may apply for bulkier items.

    Weight Rounding:

    • Orders up to 2kg are charged at the 2kg rate
    • For weights over 2kg, charges are rounded up to the nearest 0.5kg
    • Orders weighing 2.56kg = charged as 3kg

    Examples:

    • Orders weighing 0.5kg, 1.8kg, or exactly 2kg = charged as 2kg
    • Orders weighing 2.2kg = charged as 2.5kg
    • Combine orders to reduce cost

    Volumetric Weight:

    In some cases, especially for bulkier packaging, volumetric weight may be used by the courier. If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, it will be applied for shipping calculations.

    Important Note:

    If there’s a difference between the calculated shipping rate at checkout and the courier’s final rate (based on weight or volume), the customer will be required to cover any additional cost before the order can be dispatched.

    We recommend combining items where possible to get the best value on shipping. Final shipping fees are shown at checkout based on your package weight and destination.

    Customs & Duties (International Orders)

    Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to your order depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price at checkout.

    • We advise all international customers to check with their local customs office for information regarding applicable duties and taxes before placing an order.
    • Any customs or import fees incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
    • We are not liable for delays, holds, or charges imposed by customs authorities.

    If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
